We started in 2026 with a simple idea: a city that has stood here since 1219 deserves to be heard, not merely photographed. So we wrote five guides and checked them against local historical sources.

Behind OldTownWalks is me, Ralf. I grew up in Tallinn and have lived here my whole life. My aim is to give every visitor an immediate, truthful story of Tallinn through a local’s eyes — the way it really was, and the way it deserves to be told.
